Who we are

SION Travel is a travel agency based in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, acting as an intermediary between travelers and travel service providers: wholesale tour operators, hotels, airlines, cruise lines and transport companies.

Published information and prices

Information on this website is for reference only. “From” prices are per person based on double occupancy, in Mexican pesos, and subject to availability and to change by providers without notice.

The final price, what each service includes and its conditions are confirmed in the quote we send you before booking.

Quotes and bookings

Submitting a request on this website is not a booking. A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote, make the agreed payment or deposit and the provider confirms the service.

Payments, changes and cancellations

Payment, change, cancellation and refund conditions depend on each provider's policies and are shared with you in writing before booking. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Travel documents

Each traveler is responsible for holding a valid passport, visas, permits for minors and any immigration or health requirements of the destination. We're happy to guide you, but obtaining them is the traveler's responsibility.

Liability

SION Travel is responsible for properly managing your services under Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law and the NOM-010-TUR-2001 standard. Each service is delivered directly by the provider that operates it.

Intellectual property

The SION Travel brand, its logo and the content of this website are protected. Destination photographs are used under license from their authors.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Guadalajara, Jalisco, without prejudice to the jurisdiction of Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO).
